2025 THEME: CYBERSECURITY AND THE WORLD STAGE

The Leadership Summit serves as a premier platform for thought leadership, collaboration, and relationship-building among decision-makers at localized, statewide, and national levels. 

 

On Wednesday, May 21, 2025, senior and executive leaders from military, business, government, and community will convene to discuss cybersecurity and its role in global economics and prepare Los Angeles for world-stage events – the 2026 World Cup and 2028 Olympic Games. 

 

The Leadership Summit will take place at the Crowne Plaza LA Harbor in San Pedro and feature two sessions.

Session 1 – Wednesday, May 21st | 0830-1000

  • Keynote: Cybersecurity and its Impact of Maritime Defense, Commerce, and Diplomacy

Session 2 – Wednesday, May 21st | 1030-1230

  • DSCA Senior Leadership Seminar: Executive leadership forum for strategic dialogue on cybersecurity, interagency and private sector coordination, and preparedness for major global events in a complex and rapidly evolving threat environment.”

The Leadership Summit at LA Fleet Week 2025 programs are planned in affiliation with the City of Los Angeles Mayor’s Office of Public Safety, City of Los Angeles Emergency Management Department, Port of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Port Police, LA Disaster Response and Resilience Collective (LADRRC), and National Museum of the Surface Navy at the Battleship IOWA. Additional support and funding is provided by the Wall Street Journal, Collier Walsh Nakazawa, Marathon Petroleum, UPS, the Port of LA, and others.
